FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGES:
All fraudulent credit card charges are investigated by our Legal and Technical departments. Please note that we record all computer IP addresses during transactions and any fraudulent action shall be reported to authorities immediately for investigation.
AUTHENTICITY:
Car Jewel® is trademarked, brand name. A Car Jewel® is made a combination of premium materials and are embellished with shimmering crystals. We use 3M® Automotive mounting tape, Automotive paints and finishes. Every piece will have a Car Jewel logo as a prove of genuine Car Jewel® product, which is not to be removed or tampered with. The Label will be mounted on the back of each jewel.
Look for this logo to avoid cheap Made-in-China imitations, which will fall apart in a month.
Limited One Year WARRANTY:
We stand by our craftsmanship and warranty against defect in materials. The warranty does not cover physical abuse or vehicle accidents. Though a Car Jewel can be removed and remounted, any damage incurred from this is not covered under the warranty. Our customers are our number one priority. If a product is deemed defective, it will need to be returned to Luna C Design LLC for inspection. The customers pay for shipping product back for all repairs and returns. No refunds on shipping and taxes. Please allow 1 week for replacement to be processed after receipt defective Car Jewel®. If the Car Jewel® design has been retired and no longer produced, you will be able to select a new design of equal price or better. You simply return the damage product, the only thing you pay shipping and any difference in price. We highly recommend to get tracking number and insurance for your package, going both ways, as we are not responsible if it was lost or broken while not in our possession.
We are confident that your car jewel will last for years to come. A Car Jewel® is Designed, manufactured and tested in Northeast Pennsylvania and is made to withstand mother nature and car wash. A Car Jewel uses the same 3M mounting tape that car manufacturers rely on to mount their badges and emblems.
Because a Car Jewel® is a handmade product, slight variations in color and finish are to be expected.
The more intricate the product the more custom the piece becomes.

Some products will qualify for Free shipping.
Free Shipping is to the customer on the initial order and does not apply to any shipping costs for returns and warranty.
If Shipping is included in the purchase price it is considered Free and will be sent via USPS Economy Ground USA shipping: FREE (7-10 days)
This shipping method doesn’t include insurance, only delivery confirmation. Tracking number will be provided by us. Any package that is delivered and tracking is confirmed will be viewed as finalized. Luna C Design, LLC and Car-Jewel.com are no liable for damage, theft and other issue due to the customer not
being home to receive.
